Alan Brugler is the President, primary analyst and advisor of Brugler Marketing & Management. He grew up on a dairy farm in Northeast Ohio, graduated with honors from The Ohio State University, and holds a Masters degree in Agricultural Education.
Alan has served the farming and ranching community for 40+ years through roles with the Ohio Farm Bureau, as Senior Analyst and Director of Research at DTN and via Brugler Marketing & Management LLC since 2002.
Mr. Brugler has extensive contacts in the US and international ag industry. He is a frequent instructor for the Texas Master Marketer program, Minnesota Master Marketer Program, and the Kansas State International Grains (IGP) program. Considered an expert on Technical Analysis and options strategies, Alan is a key speaker and resource for several Ag Marketing Strategy Groups. He is also a Consulting Analyst for DTN, and writes the popular weekly ‘Market Watch’ blog for Farm Journal’s www.agweb.com site. He appears on a number of TV and radio broadcasts including Farm Journal's US Farm Report, Market Rally Radio and AgDay. Alan's Twitter handle is @Bruglermktg.
